The Brief:

Germandotmilitaria is an e-commerce website selling mainly East German military collectibles and is owned and run by Torsten Belger, a former Officer in the National Volks Armee (NVA).

The brief was to design a bright new logo/brand for use on the website and social media.

The logo design incorporates the DDR flag in a heroic style reminiscent of the old Communist propaganda graphic design. This particular design was chosen in an online vote from a shortlist!
